The beaches are back open and tourists from nearby states could not wait to get to Panama City Beach.

Pier Park restaurants are open at 50% capacity inside and shops are taking the necessary steps to keep customers safe.

Visitors said they were excited to get out of their homes after most businesses closed in March because of the coronavirus.

Some visitors even said they\’re not concerned about COVID-19.

Meanwhile others are still trying to social distance.

While folks may not agree on how to handle social distancing, they seem to all agree on one thing, that they needed a vacation after the past couple of months.
